Rick Sauer is a top-producing Certified Relocation Specialist and the recipient of multiple awards including being a three time recipient of his brokerage's #1 agent for gross sales volume.
He is a 33-year resident of Sabre Springs in Rancho Bernardo. Rick grew up in Van Nuys and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Rick knows the local communities extremely well and he has extensive Real Estate experience to guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market helps his clients make the most informed decisions. He has closed over 300 transactions and is certified as a corporate Relocation Specialist.
Rick has been married over 33 years to his college sweetheart and they have 3 kids, Matthew, Julia and Katie. In his spare time, Rick enjoys golf, hiking and playing tennis & pickleball where he competes in local leagues. Rick supports many charities including Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation(both his wife and daughter are Type 1 diabetic), Cure JM foundation, Creekside Elementary, Poway Vaqueros soccer, Mt. Carmel tennis and St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church.
